Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply when you buy from Profit Tips (the "Seller") through the page sublaunch.com/profittips. Placing an order means you accept them.

The Seller and Sublaunch

  • Your purchase is made with the Seller, who chooses the offers and prices, supplies the content and is responsible for it.
  • Questions about your purchase can be sent to the Seller at ProfitTips2023@gmail.com.
  • Sublaunch is the software provider behind this page and its access management. Sublaunch is not a seller and is not a party to the purchase.

Your access

  • While your subscription is paid, you can use the Seller's private content, such as a Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp group. Access stops when the subscription ends.
  • A one-time purchase unlocks access for the duration stated on the page.
  • Your access is for your own use only and may not be shared.

Prices and billing

  • The amount charged is the price displayed on the page for the option you select.
  • The displayed price is the final amount. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is the Seller's responsibility.
  • The Seller collects the payment through their own Stripe account, and the receipt is issued in the Seller's name.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for a new period until they are cancelled.
  • Payment plans end once the last scheduled payment has been made.
  • One-time purchases are charged a single time, with no renewal.
  • Trials and discounts come from the Seller and apply as displayed at checkout.

Cancellation

  • A subscription can be stopped at any time, with no minimum period. The only exception is a payment plan with a fixed number of payments.
  • To cancel, use your account or write to the Seller.
  • After cancelling, your access continues until the paid period runs out, and no further payment is taken.

Refunds

  • The Seller reviews and decides on every refund request.
  • Your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country of residence are not affected.

Changes to price or terms

A new price or a change to these terms can only apply from your next renewal, and you are free to cancel before then.

Data and emails

  • The Seller determines how your personal data is used for this purchase, and Sublaunch processes it for the Seller as explained in the Sublaunch Privacy Policy.
  • You will receive emails about your purchase and access. The Seller may also contact you about similar offers of its own, even after you cancel. You can unsubscribe at any moment using the link included in each of these emails.
