Content Creator Terms
By purchasing a subscription or digital service from this platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Digital Service Access
This service provides digital content and/or access delivered online. No physical goods are provided.
2. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, weekly or otherwise as stated at checkout). Charges will continue until the subscription is cancelled by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation must be completed by the customer and confirmed within the platform.
If a subscription is not cancelled, billing will continue and charges are considered authorised.
4. No Refunds After Billing
Once a billing cycle has started, charges are non-refundable for that period, as access to the digital service is provided immediately.
5. Account Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including cancellation. Failure to cancel does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
6. Dispute Policy
Unauthorised disputes or chargebacks raised while a subscription remains active may result in immediate cancellation of service and restriction of future access.

7. Promotional discounts are available to new customers only and are not valid for current members or individuals who have previously held a subscription.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
