How can I cancel my subscription to a creator's page?
You can cancel your subscription directly on the creator's page. Go to the same page where you subscribed, log in with your email, click on "Settings," scroll down, and select the option to unsubscribe. You don't need to contact the creator or Sublaunch support for this process.
If you've lost the URL to the creator's page, check the confirmation email you received upon subscribing. It contains the creator's page name and a link to the page—you can click on the profile picture in the email to access it directly.
