Refund Policy Agreement
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. All Sales Are Final – Due to the nature of the VIP group services, which include immediate access to exclusive betting tips, strategies, and insider information, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access is granted.
2. Non-Revocable Payment – You understand and agree that by making payment, you are purchasing time-sensitive, non-tangible digital content, and therefore you waive any rights to dispute or reverse the payment (including, but not limited to, chargebacks) with your bank or payment provider.
3. Acknowledgment of Value Received – You confirm that you are fully aware of the nature of the services, that you have received immediate value upon joining, and that you are satisfied with the purchase.
4. Promotional, Discount, and Free Trial Offers – Any free trial, discount, or promotional price you may receive when joining the VIP group/service is valid for your first month only. After this initial period, the standard recurring subscription fee of £39.99 per month will automatically apply. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree that free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends, and no refunds will be issued once the subscription charge is processed.
5. No Partial Refunds – If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of a paid billing period, you understand and agree that no partial refunds will be issued for any unused time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Legal Agreement – This agreement is binding and enforceable, and may be presented to your bank, payment processor, or relevant legal authority in the event of a payment dispute.
