By registering with Emily's Football Tips Group you agree to the following terms of service:
Payments and Cancellations
Payments for our £20.00 per month plan are automatically collected every month on the same date to the value of £20.00 (we use a "smart retry policy" for failed payments. If a payment fails and you haven't cancelled your membership, your payment will be retried up to 4 times within 1 week, and then your subscription is cancelled if all retries fail). Payments for our £150.00 per year plan are automatically collected every year on the same date to the value of £150.00 (we use a "smart retry policy" for failed payments. If a payment fails and you haven't cancelled your membership, your payment will be retried up to 4 times within 1 week, and then your subscription is cancelled if all retries fail). It is your responsibility to cancel the recurring payment if you no longer wish to be a member of Emily's Football Tips Group.
If you join the group for free/discounted price, you acknowledge only the first month will be free/discounted. The following month will not be free/discounted. You will automatically be moved onto our £20.00 per month plan which is automatically collected every month on the same date (that you signed up on) to the value of £20.00 (we use a "smart retry policy" for failed payments. If a payment fails and you haven't cancelled your membership, your payment will be retried up to 4 times within 1 week, and then your subscription is cancelled if all retries fail). It is your responsibility to cancel the upcoming payment if you no longer wish to be a member of Emily's Football Tips Group.
After cancelling your recurring payment, you will be automatically removed from the telegram channels/groups upon the completion of your current period which has already been paid for.
If for any reason payment cannot be collected for a specific month or year you will be removed from the telegram channels/groups immediately.
By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you agree to the current subscription fee. This may be modified from time to time and in the event that the amount you need to pay is increasing, you will be notified in advance and will need to cancel your current payment if you are not happy with the increase in fees.
In the event that you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so through the Sublaunch website.
In the event you want a refund, contact the email on the sign up page. Emily's Football Tips Group will endeavour to reply on email and fulfil your refund.
Content / Tips
Emily's Football Tips Group makes no guarantee in terms of profit from the tips. Tips may not be posted every day due to other commitments, and you accept by signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group that there may be days where content may not be available from time to time.
If for some reason you are unable to access the telegram channel/groups and are not able to see the bets there, Emily's Football Tips Group is not responsible for this access.
By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you agree to never share content posted into the group. By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you acknowledge previous bet slips posted by Emily's Football Tips Group on social media were/are for entertainment purposes only. These slips are not indicative of profit that is being made in the group, nor does Emily's Football Tips Group advise "unit" size or stakes for any bets. By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you acknowledge that winning bet slips posted on social media were/are not the only tips posted in the group.
Emily's Football Tips Group does not directly profit from posts of any bet slips posted publicly on X (no profit from "Creator Revenue Sharing" is made from Emily's Football Tips X posts). Emily's Football Tips Group has not signed up to "Creator Revenue Sharing" on X.
By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you acknowledge that Emily's Football Tips Group does not track profit and loss. By signing up to Emily's Football Tips Group, you acknowledge that some bets posted in the group will have odds that differ from the tips that we post. This can be due to the timing of when the tip is created and when it is posted in the group.
All betting tips provided are opinions only, and all bets are placed at your own risk.
Support
Emily's Football Tips Group will always commit to answering questions and requests that form part of the service in a timely manner, but due to differing time zones, this may not always be immediately.

No refunds will be issued in these instances except in rare circumstances.
