Ecom Efficiency – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ecom Efficiency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and your subscription to our SaaS platform. By subscribing or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Overview
Ecom Efficiency provides web-based access to a curated bundle of 45+ premium e-commerce tools (Spy, SEO, AI, design, analytics, etc.) via a single browser-based dashboard. No software installation is required.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By subscribing, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscription & Payment
Plan & Fee
Monthly subscription fee: $19.99 (USD)
Billed automatically each month on the anniversary of your first payment.
No Free Trials or Free Plans
We do not offer a free plan or free trial.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service—which grants immediate access to login credentials, passwords, and strategic data for third-party tools—all sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued once your subscription is activated, in whole or in part.
5. Account & Access
Account Creation
You must create a user account with a valid email and password.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Session Isolation
Each session runs in an isolated container with its own fingerprint, cookies, cache, and proxy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any credentials, passwords, or data obtained through the service.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and interfaces are the exclusive property of Ecom Efficiency or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as expressly provided in these Terms.
8. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Service Updates
We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will post any changes on our website and, if material, provide 30 days’ notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access ends immediately upon cancellation and no refund will be provided.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for non-payment, without notice and without refund.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
We provide the service “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
